AlohaTechs relocated in March, 2020 from Hawaiian Paradise Park to Hilo. This move puts us closer to town and able to serve many of our clients much faster and enables us to expand upon areas which we service.

AlohaTechs new location will be open daily. See the ‘Contact’ page for our Business Hours. We are open for Computer Repair, Sales and Website Design, Development and Consulting meetings.

COVID-19: ALOHATECHS COMPANY STATUS & UPDATES

AlohaTechs has been closely monitoring the Covid-19 Crisis and has implemented special handling procedures during this time. We are office-bound in our Hilo office and working on client systems and website projects. As of 03/18/2020 all onsite services are suspended until further notice due to Covid-19.

Due to Covid-19, the following procedures have been implemented:

  • Contactless System Drop off & Pick Up
  • Each System is Disinfected and Cleaned outside before entry
  • Systems are Disinfected and Cleaned again before being placed in the pickup zone
  • Each Workstation Area is Disinfected & Cleaned between each job
  • All Paperwork is Emailed rather than physically handed to client
  • All Website Consultations / Business Meetings being held via online video chat (messenger/skype/duo)
  • Payments are encouraged to be made Online to prevent cash/check hand transfers
