COVID-19: ALOHATECHS COMPANY STATUS & UPDATES

AlohaTechs has been closely monitoring the Covid-19 Crisis and has implemented special handling procedures during this time. We are office-bound in our Hilo office and working on client systems and website projects. As of 03/18/2020 all onsite services are suspended until further notice due to Covid-19.

Due to Covid-19, the following procedures have been implemented:

  • Contactless System Drop off & Pick Up
  • Each System is Disinfected and Cleaned outside before entry
  • Systems are Disinfected and Cleaned again before being placed in the pickup zone
  • Each Workstation Area is Disinfected & Cleaned between each job
  • All Paperwork is Emailed rather than physically handed to client
  • All Website Consultations / Business Meetings being held via online video chat (messenger/skype/duo)
  • Payments are encouraged to be made Online to prevent cash/check hand transfers
